About
My name is Amy Pearman
When life feels loud, clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down and seeing differently. I’m an Art Life Coach and founder of Throughlight Wellness. I use creativity, thoughtful conversation, and action-based plans to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention.
I work best with people navigating change, such as burnout, identity shifts, life after illness, or moments when what used to work no longer does. The most successful individuals want to learn balance, resilience, and creative ways to manage stress and rediscover themselves.
In our sessions, you’ll gain practical strategies to manage change, reduce overwhelm, and rebuild your confidence. I’ll help you explore what’s holding you back, shift limiting perspectives, and identify realistic steps that move you toward your goals.
My work blends psychology-informed coaching with creativity to help people navigate change with greater clarity and confidence. I’ve spent my career studying how people think, adapt, and grow—especially during moments when what once worked no longer does. With a Master of Science in Psychology, a specialization in Leadership Coaching, and an Associate of Arts in Art Education, I bring both evidence-informed insight and a creative lens to personal and professional development.
As a professional creative for over two decades, I’ve seen how creative practice can quiet mental noise, reveal patterns, and open new ways of thinking when words alone fall short.
I understand that transformation isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating the space to see clearly and move forward with intention. Having rebuilt my own life after significant challenges, I bring empathy, perspective, and deep respect for the courage it takes to begin again.
If you’re facing a decision, feeling out of balance, or looking to reconnect with your sense of direction, I support you in moving from reflection to intentional action. The work is practical, personal, and designed to meet you where you are now. Feel free to connect with me here or on my social media channels for updates and shared insights.
Talk to you soon!
